Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Page. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you are located in the UK or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without providing a justification.
Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
The refund will include the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
